Spa-Refund-policy

Services: We do not accept any refund request for any  spa services. All services (includes spa packages) purchased, booked or completed services are final and non-refundable. You may be able to exchange for another service of equal or less value if requested to exchange before 24 Hours of booked appointment. Services cannot be refunded on because of concern or expected results. We are committed to assist our guest with all their concerns and shall advise for correction in post treatment protocol and regimen to be followed. It may require a follow-up visit at the spa for free consultation.

Deposit: As a spa policy  we do require $20 deposit for any facial services or lash tint and $100 deposit for permanent make up service reservation  that goes towards your service.

If you wish to reschedule, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment. All no show appointments are non-refundable.

No Show / Same day Cancellation: New clients must pay $20 deposit in order to secure their appointment . All no show appointments are non-refundable.   Same day cancellations are non-refundable. We charge $50 fee for same day cancellation and or no show.

Rescheduling of appointment can only be done before 24 Hours.

Promotional or Special Offer Items: On Sale and Special offers items and services are non-refundable; any deposit for booking services or events is also non-refundable. Groupon voucher is strictly for NEW clients, and is limited to one time per customer.  A $20 deposit is required for any Groupon  reservation.

Gift cards, Gift Certificates and Packages: We CANNOT  refund on Gift Cards, Spa Gift Certificates, Spa Packages, On Sale or Special offers, all sales are final and non-refundable. Some services in Spa Gift Certificates or Spa Packages can be exchanged for other services.

Products: Unused and not open products in original package can be exchanged within 2 weeks of purchase. Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging with proof of purchase from the spa.

 

Shipping Times

If an item is in stock, it will be shipped out within one business day. Custom or wholesale orders will be shipped as soon as they are ready. You will be notified and a tracking number will be provided.
